The rules for using thinkrastudio.com, buying from it, and what happens when something goes wrong.
thinkrastudio.com is operated by Thinkra Studio. Payments for direct purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record, which means your invoice is issued by Lemon Squeezy and consumption taxes are handled by them. Indonesian payment methods are processed by Midtrans. You can reach us at studio@thinkrastudio.com.
An account is created from your email address the first time you sign in or check out. There is no password: each sign-in uses a one-time link sent to that address. You are responsible for keeping access to that mailbox, because sign-in links go there.
You may not share an account across a team. Team access is what Studio licences are for.
Prices are listed in USD. The IDR figure shown next to a price is a conversion at an estimated rate, refreshed daily, and is not the amount charged — the final charge is in the provider's currency.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order is fulfilled. If a correction affects an order you have already paid for, you get the choice between the corrected price and a full refund.
Delivery is digital and immediate. Fulfilment is driven by the payment provider's webhook, not by your browser — closing the tab after paying does not affect it. If a licence has not arrived within an hour, contact us with the order number.
Do not attempt to access other customers' data, circumvent download limits, resell licence keys, or use automated tooling to scrape the store or the documentation at a rate that affects other users.
Rate limits apply to sign-in, downloads, licence verification, coupon checks, and the contact form. Hitting them is not a ban; exceeding them repeatedly and deliberately is.
We aim for high availability and we do not promise perfection. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance where it will be disruptive. Downtime does not extend a licence, because licences are not time-limited.
Documentation, devlog posts, and marketing copy on this site are ours. You may quote them with attribution. Product source code is governed by the EULA, not by this section.
Our products are also sold on Fab. Purchases made there are governed by Epic's terms, and refunds for them are handled by Epic. Registering a Fab purchase with us adds a support relationship and does not change who you bought from.
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim connected to the site or a product is limited to what you paid us for the product in question.
We may update these terms. Changes are dated at the top of the page, and material changes are emailed to subscribers. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
