What you may and may not do with a Thinkra Studio plugin, including the C++ source that ships with every paid licence.
This agreement covers every plugin, asset, and bundle sold by Thinkra Studio ("we", "us"). By downloading or using a product you agree to it. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you can bind that company.
A non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product in your own projects, commercial or otherwise, for as long as you comply with this agreement.
You are not buying ownership of the product, and you are not buying the right to redistribute it.
A Personal licence covers one developer. A Studio licence covers up to 25 named developers inside one organisation. Enterprise seat counts are set in the order.
A seat is a person, not a machine. One developer may activate the product on as many of their own machines as they need. Two developers sharing one seat is a breach, regardless of how many machines are involved.
Full C++ source is included in every paid tier. This is not a premium feature and is never sold as one.

You may not:
Your licence includes every future version of the product you bought, at no additional cost, for as long as that product is maintained.
Three limits apply, and they are stated here so that the promise stays keepable:
Products bought through Fab are licensed under Epic's terms for the download itself. Registering a Fab purchase with us adds documentation tied to your account, release notifications, priority support, and upgrade coupons.
Registration does not grant download access to builds hosted by us. Your distribution channel remains Fab.
The product is provided as is. We do not warrant that it is free of defects, that it will meet your requirements, or that it is compatible with any engine version not listed in the compatibility matrix on its product page.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the licence.
The licence ends if you breach it. On termination you must stop distributing anything containing the product and remove the source from your systems. Games already shipped to end users are not affected.
This agreement is read together with the terms of service, the refund policy, and the privacy policy. Where they conflict on a licensing question, this agreement wins.
