Fourteen days, before the first download, no questions. After a download it becomes a conversation.
Within 14 days of purchase, and before you have downloaded the build, a refund is automatic. Write to us with your order number and it is processed.
After the first download, a refund becomes a manual decision rather than an automatic one. We still grant them — a plugin that does not work on your engine version is our problem, not yours — but we will ask what went wrong first.
The product is source code. Once it has been downloaded, it cannot be returned in any meaningful sense. Making the download the boundary is the least arbitrary line we could draw, and it is checked against our download log rather than against your word or ours.
Early access products are refundable on the same terms. "The API changed" is not grounds for a refund — it is written on the product page, in the buy box, and in a banner you cannot permanently dismiss — but "it does not work as documented" is.
Fab purchases are refunded by Epic under Epic's policy. We cannot process them and will not pretend otherwise; contact Fab support directly. If you also registered the purchase here, tell us and we will mark the registration accordingly.
Use the contact form with your order number. Order numbers look like THK-2026-000123 and are in your confirmation email and in your account.
